For this Gramercy residence, we focused on reimagining both function and flow. Transforming a once compartmentalized home into a more open, refined living space. The kitchen was completely reconfigured from a closed-off corner layout into an expansive, social hub, anchored by a 12-foot-long counter designed for gathering and entertaining. In contrast, the full bathroom was elevated into a serene, high-impact retreat, finished in a clean black marble palette with sophisticated detailing that brings depth and quiet luxury. Together, these updates balance openness with intention, creating a home that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable.
