UNDER CONSTRUCTION - TEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHS
This project brings together two one-bedroom apartments on the Upper West Side into a unified residence that feels both calm and intentional. Rather than overstate the transformation, the design focuses on proportion, flow, and material continuity—allowing oak, stone, and soft finishes to carry the space. Subtle shifts in texture and tone create depth, while precise detailing lends a sense of quiet luxury throughout.

The Master Bedroom entry is clad in millwork which encases the room’s built-in storage and provides hierarchy within the room.
For the main Kitchen, the simple & elegant marble and cabinetry are accompanied by playful counter stools and a statement chandelier.
In the kitchenette, green millwork wraps the space, concealing a washer and dryer within a continuous wall of cabinetry—balancing utility with a clean, integrated expression.
In the bedroom, a custom headboard in embroidered fabric introduces a softer, more playful moment, adding texture and individuality to the space.
Layered sheer and embroidered curtains filter the light and frame the New York views, introducing a softness & whimsy to the space.
The primary bathroom is defined by deep green tile paired with terrazzo and ribbed glass, creating a layered composition that feels both graphic and tactile.
A second bathroom offers a quieter counterpoint, with crisp white tile introducing a sense of lightness and variation within the overall palette.
